Modon Properties planned to develop Bani Yas North Residential Phase 1 Project located in Bani Yas, Abu Dhabi, UAE. This is phase-I of the project. The project covers the construction a residential area spread over a land area of 3,112,375 sq.m including 1,365 residential units of 5 or 6-BHK luxury villas. The project also covered infrastructure works and related facilities. Mott MacDonald Limited - Abu Dhabi was the PMC of the project.
